I purchased this BN caboose in 2003. Photo taken at Trans-Texas Rail Shop in San Antonio. The observation car in back is owned by the Gulf Coast Chapter of NRHS and has since been shipped to their facility in Houston. BN10593 was painted in Santa FE colors and partially restored before it came to our property in 2004. |

This is BN 10593. I preferred the Red and Yellow colors of Sante Fe. The BN road number is painted towards the bottom right near the curved grab rail. Note the large Pullman window where the little window used to be. Inside, there is an airconditioner, a heater, an ice box, a microwave, custom bunk beds, Tv - DVD - Sterio and many other creature comforts. We like to watch movies. |
